How does Eldara choose professionals?

Eldara does not send requests to random listings or public marketplace profiles. We work with selected local professionals and service businesses through a controlled partner review process. Where applicable, Eldara reviews business details, service category fit, experience, licenses, insurance, certifications, and other relevant information before a professional or business can receive requests. Not every applicant is accepted. Because Eldara is not a public marketplace, partners are reviewed carefully and approved city by city to help protect quality, trust, and the customer experience.

No. Privacy is handled by default. Professionals receive only the details needed for the request, such as the relevant contact, location, timing, and task instructions when required.

Some requests may include payment steps inside the Eldara flow. If payment is required, the amount and next step will be shown clearly before you pay. Payment handling depends on the service type, city, and request model.
